Browsing this website
We serve the film, typefaces, and 3D assets directly from the website. Where permitted by regional privacy settings and your choices, Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics measure page views and shopping activity, including product views, bag changes, and checkout activity. We do not send your name, email address, or payment details to Google Analytics. Requests to the website and commerce services may involve technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the service.
Advertising and data sharing
We use Meta Pixel and Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram integration, including Conversions API, to measure advertising and help show relevant offers on Facebook and Instagram. Depending on your region and privacy choices, Meta may receive page and product views, bag and checkout activity, purchases, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers. Shopify’s advanced matching may also share customer contact information such as name, email and address to match activity to a Meta account. This does not include your full payment-card number.
This use may constitute sharing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. To opt out, open Privacy choices and select Analytics only or Essential only. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling advertising data sharing. You can shop and receive order support without accepting optional tracking. See Meta’s privacy policy for how Meta uses this information.
Letters and marketing emails
When you choose to join, we store your email address, signup time, source, and the consent wording you agreed to in our private website database managed through Payload CMS. This is single opt-in: we do not currently send a confirmation email or verify ownership of the address. We do not add shoppers to the list just because they make a purchase.
We use this information to manage the Never In Lack email list. Authorized staff can export it for use with a future email delivery provider. We will update this notice when that provider is selected. No marketing campaigns are being sent through this signup system.
To withdraw consent or request deletion, email support@neverinlack.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option when sending begins. We keep subscription information while you remain subscribed and may retain a minimal opt-out record to respect your preferences. An unsubscribed address is not reactivated by submitting this form again.
Your bag
When shopping is enabled and you add a product, we use an essential cookie called nil_cart to remember your Shopify bag for up to 14 days. It contains a bag identifier, not payment details, and is inaccessible to client-side scripts. You can remove it through your browser settings; doing so disconnects this browser from its saved bag.
When you apply a shopping country, nil_country remembers that choice for up to 30 days. It stores only a country code to keep destination pricing consistent. Your current bag also remembers the destination selected in Shopify checkout. You can change your country on the shop or bag page, or remove the cookie in your browser settings.
Checkout
Shopify hosts checkout and processes order, contact, delivery, billing, and payment information. We use order information to fulfill your purchase, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records. Delivery details are shared with the fulfillment provider and carrier needed to ship your order. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Shipping charges and available destinations appear at checkout.
Contact and collaboration requests
We store the name, email, message, inquiry category, and any company or budget you submit in our private CMS. We use these details to review and respond to your request, not to subscribe you to marketing. We retain correspondence while needed for the inquiry, associated work, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us below.
Instagram and external links
Instagram-hosted reels load only when you choose to load them. Loading that media sends technical request information to Meta’s servers. Following social links takes you to services with their own privacy policies. Reels uploaded directly to our CMS are served by our website’s hosting and storage providers.
Optional cookies
We show an initial consent banner in regions configured to require prior consent. Elsewhere, optional measurement may run according to the regional settings and any existing opt-out. Privacy choices remains available everywhere so you can change or withdraw your choices. Shopify remembers these choices for the storefront and checkout. When analytics is permitted, we keep a temporary bag snapshot to measure changes without counting them twice. Checkout may also display its own privacy controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. We may verify your identity before responding. You can also contact your local data-protection authority. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
